Refund Policy
At Fagan Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you're not happy with an item, you can return it to us in accordance with the guidelines below. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish law.
Change of Mind Returns (Within 28 Days)
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. If you wish to return an unwanted item, you can do so within 28 days of receiving it, provided that:
* The item is unused and in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
* You have proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or a delivery docket.
For change of mind returns, you can return the item via the DPD returns process as detailed on https://studioforty9.dpd.ie/returns/. The cost of returning the item through this method will be borne by you, the customer. Please arrange the return on the DPD website, print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at a DPD pickup point.
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will process a refund for the cost of the item. Please note that the original delivery charges will not be refunded unless the entire order is being returned under your 14-day statutory right to cancel (see below). Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method and may take a few working days to appear in your account.
Statutory Right to Cancel (Online Purchases - 14 Days)
For purchases made online at www.fagantoys.ie, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. If you exercise this right, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding the cost of standard delivery.
To cancel under this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the 14-day period by emailing sales@fagantoys.ie or writing to us at 13-15 Pearse Street, Mullingar, N91PKF8.
If you cancel under your statutory right, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You can return the items via the DPD returns process, and the cost of this return will be borne by you.
Upon receiving the returned goods, we will process your full refund (excluding standard delivery costs) within 14 days, provided the goods are in a resalable condition.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item you have purchased from Fagan Toys is faulty or not as described, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible by emailing sales@fagantoys.ie or calling us at 044 9331200.
For faulty items, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (as amended). We will assess the issue and provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty item. We will cover the cost of returning faulty goods.
Exclusions
Please note that certain items are excluded from our change of mind returns policy for hygiene or other reasons. These may include (but are not limited to):
* Items that have been unsealed and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
* Personalized or made-to-order items (unless they are faulty).
* Gift cards.
* Trading Cards & Games
Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are not affected by these exclusions.
LEGO
If your LEGO set is missing pieces, please contact LEGO directly and they will send you the missing piece(s) as soon as possible.

Make sure you have the part number, design number (on the side of the box) and the name of the set ready and you will be sent the missing part(s) as promptly as possible.
How to Return Items
For change of mind returns or returns under your statutory right to cancel, please use the DPD returns process:
* Visit https://studioforty9.dpd.ie/returns/ and follow the instructions to arrange your return.
* You will need to print the return label provided and attach it securely to your parcel.
* Drop off your parcel at your nearest DPD pickup point.

Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account. If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We will return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost. Items that are in dispute will be held by us for 30 days after we notify the client that no problem has been discovered. If the cost of reshipping the item to the customer has not been paid by then, we may destroy it.
