5. Failed Deliveries
If DPD is unable to deliver your parcel (e.g., due to an incorrect address), they may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.
In such cases, a redelivery fee may apply.
6. Customs & Additional Charges
There are no additional VAT or customs fees for orders shipped within Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. The price you see at checkout is the final price you’ll pay.
