As acrylic paints are drying with the evaporation of water, the specific membrane of the StayWet Palette replaces this water with the moisture penetrating through the semi-permeable membrane from the reservoir paper. This allows artists to save paint and avoid having to remix colours, as well as having the possibility to work with the acrylic paint for longer.
